Sandeep brings over 25 years of experience serves diverse group of clients, with a focus on privately held, owner managed, entrepreneurial business in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and hospitality industries. In addition to accounting, auditing he also provides internal control evaluation, business planning and management consulting services. Sandeep has significant experience providing fraud prevention and detection services. Sandeep takes and active role in promoting practice development within the firm. Sandeep began working as an auditor for Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with clients to navigate technical challenges and improve operational efficiencies. As part of his current responsibilities, Sandeep collaborates with committee members to develop firm-wide guidelines for audit and accounting practices, ensuring adherence to quality control standards. He is also involved in delivering continuing education and technical updates to staff and fellow professionals within the firm.
